The board of directors is pleased to announce that the subscribers have completed the relevant administrative procedures relating to the subscription of convertible bonds. On May 3, 2024, the company and the subscriber have agreed in writing that the first convertible bond should be completed on the same day. All the prerequisites for the first completion of convertible bonds under the convertible bond subscription agreement have been fulfilled; therefore, the first completion of the convertible bond was completed on May 3, 2024 in accordance with its terms and conditions.
Convertible bonds with a total principal amount of RMB 60 million (which can be converted into convertible shares in accordance with the terms and conditions of the convertible bonds) have been issued to subscribers.
