Adriatic Metals Plc has announced a key management change, with CFO Mike Norris stepping down and Michael Horner, the Head of Business Development, stepping in as interim-CFO. Horner’s appointment aligns with the company’s shift from development to production, aiming to enhance operational efficiencies and achieve full production by Q4 2024. The company is currently advancing the Vares Silver Operation in Bosnia & Herzegovina and the Raska Zinc-Silver Project in Serbia.
