Ryanair Holdings PLC has reported a change in major holdings, with AKO Capital LLP now holding 2.78% of voting rights through financial instruments, signaling a decrease from the previous notification. The notification, completed in accordance with regulatory requirements, also discloses AKO Foundation as the ultimate beneficial owner of the investment manager AKO Capital LLP.
