Nexgen Energy (US) (TSE:NXE) has released an update.
NexGen Energy Ltd. has amended its Equity Distribution Agreement with Virtu Canada Corp. and Virtu Americas, LLC, reducing the ‘Maximum Amount’ from C$500 million to C$315 million. The agreement, governed by British Columbia laws, remains otherwise in full effect, with the modification now allowing the company to issue and sell common shares under the revised terms.
