Kanro ＜2216＞ announced on the 30th that health management efforts related to maintaining and promoting the health of employees were evaluated and certified as an “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2024” promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.
The “Excellent Health Management Corporation Certification System” promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Japan Health Council is a system that honors corporations that practice “health management” that considers health management of employees etc. from a management perspective. The goal is to create an environment where certified companies can receive social evaluations from employees and related organizations.
The company established a health management declaration in 2020/7, clarified the promotion system, and created a health management strategy map and road map in 2021. Based on this, support aimed at improving the health of employees and their families has been actively promoted, and since it was certified as an “Excellent Health Management Corporation 2022” in 2022, it is now the 3rd consecutive year of certification.
In 2024/4, efforts to support employee health promotion have continued to be implemented, such as the introduction of “treatment leave” that can be used for continuous hospital visits with the aim of balancing treatment and work, and support for balancing infertility treatment and work.
