Opyl Ltd. (AU:OPL) has released an update.
Opyl Limited has issued a Final Director’s Interest Notice indicating that Mark Ziirsen ceased to be a director on April 30, 2024. Before leaving, Ziirsen held substantial unlisted options with varying exercise prices and dates, as well as over 700,000 ordinary fully paid shares. No further interests in contracts or securities not held by Ziirsen were reported in the notice.
