360 Capital REIT (AU:TOT) has released an update.
360 Capital REIT has announced a change in the holdings of their director, Andrew Moffat. The director’s indirect interest via Cowoso Capital Pty Ltd saw an increase in fully paid ordinary securities by 20,887 units, as a result of the March 2024 Quarter Distribution Reinvestment Plan, bringing the total held to 1,075,390 units at $0.4207 each.
