British American Tobacco (UK) (GB:BATS) has released an update.
British American Tobacco PLC has announced the cancellation of 87 million treasury shares to keep the total treasury shares below the 10% threshold of its total issued share capital. Post cancellation, the company’s treasury shares stand at approximately 5.98% of the issued share capital, with the remaining issued ordinary shares totaling 2,362,689,451.
