Abcourt Mines (TSE:ABI) has released an update.
Abcourt Mines Inc. is extending its non-brokered private placement to raise up to $5 million, with $2.73 million already secured, aiming to fund its Sleeping Giant Gold Project and other corporate needs. The company also announced that François Mestrallet has become a new Control Person following a shareholder meeting where the resolution passed with 97% approval. The offering, which includes common shares and warrants, is pending TSX Venture Exchange final approval and will not be registered under the U.S. Securities Act.
