Vodafone Group Plc has updated the market on its total voting rights, announcing that as of April 30, 2024, there are 27,080,342,226 voting rights within the company. This figure excludes the 1,738,341,712 ordinary shares held in treasury from the total issued share capital of 28,818,683,938 shares. The announcement is important for shareholders to determine their interest and whether they need to report any changes in their holdings according to FCA rules.
