Lloyds Banking Group plc has announced their total voting rights and capital, stating that as of April 30, 2024, there are 63,217,141,122 ordinary shares with voting rights, which also include shares represented by American Depositary Receipts. This figure is significant for shareholders to calculate notifications of interest or changes to their interest as per the Financial Conduct Authority’s rules. There are no shares held in treasury by the company.
