Her compensation includes a $400,000 base salary and a minimum $700,000 bonus for 2024, along with a special equity award and subsequent annual incentives tied to her continued employment. Lee’s promotion is part of a carefully planned transition, ensuring leadership continuity for Virtu’s financial strategies.
