Lloyds Banking Group has announced the buyback of 13,159,080 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 51.7600 to 52.7600 pence per share, with the intention to cancel the repurchased shares. This action is part of an ongoing share buyback program initiated by the company earlier in the year. The transaction was carried out by Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group.
