POET Technologies Inc. announces a CAD$10 million non-brokered private placement, offering units with share and warrant components to support the company’s growth in optical engine technology for AI and advanced computing. The funds are intended for general working capital as POET experiences strong demand in markets such as AI and data communications. The offering relies on Canadian securities exemptions and will be completed around May 3, 2024, with no hold period on the freely tradeable securities.
