*ST Brand New (000007.SZ): Application to withdraw the implementation of the delisting risk warning on the company's stock transactions

Gelonghui, April 28, 丨ST Brand New (000007.SZ) announced that according to the company's 2023 audit report issued by ZTE Caiguanghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as “ZTE Caiguanghua”) with unqualified opinions, the net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies at the end of 2023 was: 35,969,277.16 yuan. The net profit attributable to shareholders of listed companies after deducting non-recurring profit and loss at the end of 2023 was: 15,391,890.02 yuan. The operating income was: 216,387,969.48 yuan. The net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company were 125,759,995.83 yuan. The company self-checked the relevant provisions of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (August 2023 Revision)”. The company no longer implemented a delisting risk warning under section 9.3.1 (1) of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (August 2023 Revision)”. According to section 9.3.7 of the “Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (revised in August 2023)”, “If a listed company's stock transaction is subject to a delisting risk warning due to the circumstances of section 9.3.1 (1) to (3) of these rules, the annual report for the first fiscal year indicates that the company meets the conditions that there are no circumstances in section 9.3.11 (1) to (4) of these rules, the company may apply to the firm to withdraw the delisting risk warning for its stock transactions.” After the delisting risk warning was implemented for the company's stock transaction, the first fiscal year was 2023. The company's 2023 annual report did not have any of the circumstances stipulated in section 9.3.11 (1) (1) to (4) of the “Stock Listing Rules”, and met the conditions for applying to withdraw the delisting risk warning.
