• What's Happening: On April 11, Jefferies Financial Group reported pricing of $1.50 billion 6.200% senior notes due 2034.

Hershey Company

• The Trade: The Hershey Company (NYSE:HSY) Steven E Voskuil sold a total of 1,500 shares at an average price of $185.83. The insider received around $278,745 from selling those shares.
