Centuri Holdings, Inc. (CTRI) has provided an update.
The Company has welcomed new board members Julie A. Dill, Andrew W. Evans, Christopher A. Krummel, Anne L. Mariucci, and Charles R. Patton, joining existing directors William J. Fehrman and Karen S. Haller, as it transitions from a subsidiary to a public entity. The Board is structured with three core committees: Audit, led by Dill; Compensation, helmed by Evans; and Nominating and Corporate Governance, chaired by Mariucci. These appointments and committee assignments were made in accordance with the Company’s recent IPO, with detailed director profiles and compensation terms available in the Registration Statement. No disclosed conflicts of interest or related transactions were noted for the new directors.
