In view of the company's initiative to appoint a larger audit firm to review the financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2023, China Credit (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited (previously known as Changying (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited) has resigned as the company's auditor with effect from April 19, 2024.
According to the recommendation of the Company Audit Committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Evergreen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants Limited as the company's new auditor with effect from April 19, 2024 to fill the temporary vacancy after the resignation of the Central Committee. The term of office is until the end of the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Company.
