Kingstone Announces Contract Extension for Chief Executive Officer Meryl Golden
KINGSTON, NY / ACCESSWIRE / April 17, 2024 / Kingstone Companies, Inc. (NASDAQ:KINS) (the "Company" or "Kingstone"), a Northeast regional property and casualty insurance holding company, today announced that its Board of Directors has agreed with Meryl Golden, Chief Executive Officer, to extend the term of her employment agreement another two years, through December 31, 2026. Ms. Golden's initial term was set to expire December 31, 2024.
