Kitacon Awarded RM135m Contract From Tropicana Alam
Kitacon Bhd said that its subsidiary, Kitacon Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a letter of award (LOA) for the primary building works of a project valued at RM134.8 million in Ijok, Selangor.
Kitacon Bhd表示，其子公司Kitacon Sdn Bhd已因位於雪蘭莪州伊約克的價值1.348億令吉的項目的主要建築工程獲得了獎勵書（LOA）。
The LOA was granted by Tropicana Alam Sdn Bhd for the construction and completion of Phase 1 (Avisa) of the project.
LOA由Tropicana Alam Sdn Bhd批准，用於該項目的第一階段（Avisa）的建設和完工。
Phase 1 (Avisa) includes the construction of 399 units of 20' x 70' double-storey terrace houses, 32 units of 22' x 70' double-storey terrace houses, and three double-chamber TNB substations located at Lot 33962 (Plot C), Persiaran Puncak Alam 6, 42300 Bandar Puncak Alam, Mukim Ijok, Daerah Kuala Selangor, Selangor.
第一階段（Avisa）包括建造399套20英尺x 70英尺的雙層排屋，32套22英尺x 70英尺的雙層排屋，以及位於雪蘭莪州瓜拉雪蘭莪省33962號地塊（C地塊）、Persiaran Puncak Alam 6號地塊、42300 Bandar Puncak Alam、Mukim Ijok、三座雙室TNB變電站。
The contract, spanning 22 months, is set to commence on April 18 of this year.
該合同爲期22個月，定於今年4月18日開始。
Kitacon anticipates a positive contribution to its earnings from the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024, throughout the duration of the contract.
