Gelonghui, April 9 | According to the latest equity disclosure data of the Stock Exchange, on April 2, 2024, Far East Development (00035.HK) obtained executive director Qiu Dachang's holdings increased by 370,000 shares at an average price of HK$1.04 per share on the market, involving about HK$385,000.
After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held by Qiu Dachang was 1,533,363,310 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 54.41% to 54.42%.
