Gelonghui, April 5 | According to the latest equity disclosure data of the Stock Exchange, on March 27, 2024, Far East Development (00035.HK) was granted an increase of 1,236 million shares by Executive Director Qiu Dachang at an average price of HK$1.0304 per share on the market, involving approximately HK$1,273,600.
After the increase in holdings, the latest number of shares held by Qiu Dachang was 1,532,777,310 shares, and the shareholding ratio increased from 54.36% to 54.40%.
