Datasea' Subsidiary Enters Into Sales Agreement With Xiaoranfang Marketing

Datasea Inc. (DTSS) announced on Thursday that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shuhai Jingwei Information Technology Co. Ltd., has signed a sales agreement with Shenzhen Xiaoranfang Marketing Co., Ltd.

The agreement involves the sale of approximately $8.45 million worth of the Company's advanced acoustic products.

Under the terms of the agreement, Xiaoranfang Marketing will handle online sales of the Company's air disinfection machines under the 'Hailiji' brand, as well as its sleep aids under the 'Star Dream' brand, and other lines of advanced acoustic products.

These products will be sold on e-commerce platforms in China like Taobao, JD.com, and PDD, as well as on international channels including Amazon in the U.S.
