Design and technology company SharkNinja Inc (NYSE:SN) has appointed Patraic Reagan as the Chief Financial Officer, effective April 22, 2024.

Reagan will be responsible for SharkNinja's financial strategies and lead the company's global finance organization.

Larry Flynn, who served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since June 2023, will continue in his role as Chief Accounting Officer.

Most recently, Reagan served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nike Inc.'s (NYSE:NKE) Asia, Pacific, and Latin America segment.

Reagan will join the SharkNinja executive leadership team and be based out of the company's headquarters in Needham, Massachusetts.
