Achieved total revenue of RMB 5.221 billion, and realized net profit of RMB 527 million, an increase of 0.9% over the previous year; after deducting changes in the fair value of investment properties of RMB 121 million after tax, the core net profit attributable to company owners was RMB 386 million, an increase of RMB 48.9 million over the same period last year.
