Zhitong Finance App News, SF Holdings (002352.SZ) announced that, based on confidence in future development prospects and high recognition of its own value, in order to effectively protect the interests of investors, enhance investor confidence, and increase long-term investment value, the company plans to change the share repurchase plan for March and September 2022 and the share repurchase plan for January 2024 from the original plan “This share repurchase plan is intended to be used for employee stock ownership plans or share incentives” to “the shares actually repurchased this time will be used to cancel and reduce registered capital”. Other than the above changes, nothing else in the original repurchase plan has been changed.
Following this change in the use of repurchased shares, the 51,050,946 shares already repurchased in the March and September 2022 share repurchase plan will be cancelled, and the registered capital of the company will be reduced by $51,050,946.
