According to the Zhitong Finance App, the Bank of Chongqing (01963) announced that the 13 billion yuan A-share convertible corporate bonds (“Heavy Bank Convertible Bonds”) publicly issued by the bank on March 23, 2022 will begin paying interest from March 23, 2023 to March 22, 2024 on March 25, 2024.
According to the “Prospectus” agreement, the current interest payment is the second year of “Heavy Bank Convertible Bonds”. The interest accrual period is from March 23, 2023 to March 22, 2024. The coupon interest rate for this interest-bearing year is 0.40% (tax included), that is, the interest redemption amount for each RMB 100 convertible bond is RMB 0.40 (tax included).
