RemSense Technologies appoints two founding shareholders as directors

RemSense Technologies Ltd (ASX:REM) has today appointed two founding shareholders, Richard Pace and John Clegg, as directors, enhancing the company’s business and corporate skillset.

These appointments follow the resignations of Chris Sutherland and Sue Murphy as non-executive directors, effective today with the company thanking them for their services.

Along with the new appointments, current director Ross Taylor has been appointed chairman.

Relevant experience

New director Pace has extensive business experience having started and sold highly successful businesses a number of times.

He is an experienced leader and marketer having previously held the position of president of the Australian Marketing Institute (WA) and chairman of the Food and Beverage Manufacturing Council.

Fellow new appointee Clegg is an experienced chartered accountant and has been a director and advisor to various businesses and industries. He is currently a director of Omnivest Business Consultants.
