Yincheng International Holdings (01902) announced that the total contract sales volume of the Group and its joint ventures in December 2023 was approximately RMB 320 million, a year-on-year decrease of 65.38%. The contract construction area was about 13,800 square meters, and the average contract price was approximately RMB 23,165 per square meter.
From January to December 2023, the Group, together with its joint ventures and associated companies, had total contract sales of approximately RMB 5.946 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 52.76%. The total contract area was approximately 263,600 square meters, and the average contract price was approximately RMB 22560 per square meter.
