Gelonghui, December 27, 丨 Zhuyou Intelligent Manufacturing Technology (00726.HK) announced that on December 27, 2023, the company signed a framework agreement relating to (a) Zhuyou Architectural Design Group's provision of design services for the Group's science and technology parks in China, that is, technology park design service arrangements; and (b) Zhuyou Architects Design Group provides design services for prefabricated building components and products sold by the Group, that is, PC design service arrangements.
Chikuyu Intelligent Manufacturing Construction Technology Group has professional knowledge and has established a stable relationship with the group. Over the years, Zhuyou Architectural Design Group has assisted the Group in developing science and technology park design service arrangements and PC design service arrangements, and the services provided by Zhuyou Architectural Design Group have met the Group's needs. Therefore, the directors believe that by entering into a framework agreement, the groups can benefit from their respective relatively low cost quotes, their corresponding ability and strength in obtaining high-quality services or components, and that the group's corresponding level of understanding and familiarity with the business will greatly benefit the cooperation.
Chikuyu Architectural Design is engaged in the design business and has the required production capacity and capacity for the Design Group's Science Park and the Group's prefabricated building components and products. Through the Science Park Design Service Arrangement and PC Design Service Arrangement, the Group can utilize the expertise of Zhuyou Intelligent Construction Technology Group and Zhuyou Architectural Design Group (i.e. general contractor).
