As far as mergers and acquisitions of special purpose acquisition companies are concerned, the successor company will be treated as a new listing applicant according to section 14.54 of the listing rules.
On December 15, 2023, the successor company submitted a new listing application to the Stock Exchange in accordance with the requirements for new listing applicants contained in Chapter 9 of the listing rules to approve the listing and trading of the successor company's shares and inheriting the company's listing warrants.
