Equity transfer agreement", the company agreed to transfer through a non-public agreement to acquire a 49% stake in Petrochina Company Limited China Railway Company held by Iron Holdings for 50.237985 million yuan.
The announcement said that this equity acquisition will help straighten out the relationship between business and management, improve the company's control over railway oil channel resources, and provide a guarantee for sustained and stable access to upstream superior resources.
