Zhitong Financial APP, Hong Kong Credit (01273) issued an announcement that on September 22, 2023, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Hong Kong Credit (Private loan) (as lender), entered into a new loan agreement with customer L (Cross-Sea Limited, as borrower). Hong Kong Credit (Private loan) agreed to grant a new loan with a principal amount of HK $2.11 million to the borrower.
Prior to the conclusion of the new loan agreement, Hong Kong Credit (Private loan) (as the lender) had entered into a past loan agreement to grant past loans with a total principal of HK $23.645 million to the borrower.
