China-based Century Sage Scientific Holdings Ltd. said Monday that 32.65% of the company's shares have been pledged as security for a loan facility worth 50.0 million yuan ($7.1 million).

总部位于中国的世纪圣人科技控股有限公司(Century Sage Science Holdings Ltd.)周一说，该公司32.65%的股份已被质押，作为一项价值人民币5,000万元(合710万美元)贷款安排的担保。

The company's controlling shareholder and one of its executive directors pledged the shares to acquire the loan facility, which will be used as general working capital, Century Sage Scientific said.

世纪圣人科学表示，该公司的控股股东及其一名执行董事质押了这些股份，以收购贷款安排，这笔贷款将用作一般营运资金。

The company, which provides hardware and software solutions, said the share pledge wouldn't change its de facto ownership.
