At present, the whole property has been leased out. The buyer agreed to purchase the property under an existing lease. In order to renovate the property, the Group will not renew the lease when the existing lease expires at the end of October 2023. The company has yet to identify potential tenants. The Group will start to identify and identify suitable potential tenants when the renovation is nearing completion.
