Trade Alert: The Non-Executive Chairman Of Resource Base Limited (ASX:RBX), Maurice Feilich, Has Just Spent AU$100k Buying A Few More Shares

Even if it's not a huge purchase, we think it was good to see that Maurice Feilich, the Non-Executive Chairman of Resource Base Limited (ASX:RBX) recently shelled out AU$100k to buy stock, at AU$0.075 per share. Nevertheless, it only increased their shareholding by a minuscule percentage, and it wasn't a massive purchase by absolute value, either.

The Last 12 Months Of Insider Transactions At Resource Base

Notably, that recent purchase by Maurice Feilich is the biggest insider purchase of Resource Base shares that we've seen in the last year. Even though the purchase was made at a significantly lower price than the recent price (AU$0.084), we still think insider buying is a positive. While it does suggest insiders consider the stock undervalued at lower prices, this transaction doesn't tell us much about what they think of current prices.
