Zaandam, the Netherlands, September 27, 2022 – Ahold Delhaize has repurchased 515,000 of its common shares in the period from September 19, 2022 up to and including September 23, 2022. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 27.28 per share for a total consideration of € 14 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 1 billion share buyback program announced on November 15, 2021. 
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 25,753,806 common shares for a total consideration of € 703.6 million. 

荷兰的赞丹，九月 27, 2022-Ahold Delhaize在2022年9月19日至2022年9月23日期间回购了515,000股普通股。这些股票是以每股27.28欧元的平均价格回购的，总代价为1400万欧元。这些回购是2021年11月15日宣布的10亿欧元股票回购计划的一部分。
