Dundee Corporation (TSX:DC.A) closes privatization of Big River Gold

Dundee (DC.A) has closed its privatization of Big River Gold with Aura Minerals. The transaction will allow Dundee to develop and participate in future cash flows from the Borborema Gold Mine in Brazil. Preliminary construction of the Borborema Gold Project is expected to start in 2023, with gold production commencing in 2025.
