TORONTO, Aug. 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Dundee Corporation (TSX: DC.PR.B) ("Dundee") announced today that its board of directors has approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.33025 per cumulative 5-year rate reset first preference share, series 2 payable on September 30, 2022 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2022.

多伦多，2022年8月10日(环球通讯社)--邓迪公司多伦多证券交易所股票代码：DC.PR.B)今天宣布，其董事会已批准向2022年9月30日登记在册的股东支付季度现金股息，每股累计5年利率重置第一优先股0.33025美元，系列2于2022年9月30日支付。

The dividend is designated as an eligible dividend for the purposes of section 89 of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
