CN Cyberspace Office Fines Didi RMB8.026B

China's Office of the Central Cyberspace Affairs Commission announced that it imposed a penalty of RMB8.026 billion on Didi Global on 21 July, pursuant to the Network Security Law, Data Security Law, Personal Information Protection Law and Administrative Penalty Law.
The Office also fined the Chairman and CEO of Didi Global, Cheng Wei, as well as President Liu Qing, with RMB1 million each.
中國網絡空間事務委員會辦公室宣布，根據《網絡安全法》、《數據安全法》、《個人信息保護法》和《行政處罰法》，於 7 月 21 日對 Didi Global 施加 80.26 億元罰款。
該辦公室亦以人民幣一百萬元罰款滴滴環球董事長兼行政總裁程維，以及劉慶總裁。
