SIMMOR INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED ANNOUNCES THAT IT WILL PUBLISH CORPORATE NEWSLETTERS ELECTRONICALLY FROM 31 DECEMBER 2023, PURSUANT TO THE AMENDMENTS TO THE LISTING RULES OF THE SECURITIES OF THE HONG KONG STOCK EXCHANGE LIMITED. The arrangement means that the company will no longer post printed business communications to non-registered holders unless specifically requested. The company's corporate communications will be available on the company's website and on the exchange website. If a non-registered holder wishes to receive a printed newsletter, an application must be made to the company's Hong Kong Share Registrar. In addition, non-registered holders may receive notification by email by providing a valid email address to the intermediary. The Company may also stop sending posting notices for versions of the Corporate Communications website in the future. This change is notified to non-registered holders on 8 March 2024.
