to be fair though, everyone's trading strategy is different & obviously if 2 people hold the same stock for different lengths of time they will probably have 2 very different outcomes.
A stock makes $2 jump for the morning then crashes and doesnt recover probably doesnt look like a real winner, but a couple dollars can bring in thousands from the right contract

big disagree. lots of amazing opportunities for LONG haul currently and even more to present themselves in the coming months. And by long haul I mean multiple years, you're right about the market being too volatile to test your luck holding a swing too long
