EVERGRANDE Settles Recent Dispute with China Guangfa Bank, To Keep Enhancing Collaboration

EVERGRANDE (03333.HK) issued a statement, saying that the company has long been maintaining sound business partnership with China Guangfa Bank. In regards to the civil proceedings by the company on property preservation prior to litigation, both parties have settled the dispute smoothly upon adequate communication.

The developer furthered that both sides will constantly solidify and deepen their business collaboration looking ahead, and will keep strengthening cooperation to achieve win-win outcome and joint development.
