DJ Century Sage Scientific Shareholders Pledge One-Third of Company's Shares

China-based Century Sage Scientific Holdings Ltd. said Monday that 32.65% of the company's shares have been pledged as security for a loan facility worth 50.0 million yuan ($7.1 million).
The company's controlling shareholder and one of its executive directors pledged the shares to acquire the loan facility, which will be used as general working capital, Century Sage Scientific said.
The company, which provides hardware and software solutions, said the share pledge wouldn't change its de facto ownership.
