So youre telling me, that the US govt and the AUS govt brokered a multimillion dollar deal and specifically named Arafura as a beneficiary of that deal. and the stock almost immediately dumps, the price basically halves, and thennnn 2 weeks later i get an email from the comapny with an option to buy NEW shares at an offering price of $0.28c which is 1 std deviation away from the market price.. and the email calls it a 28% discount..
