YAL : payments made twice a year, total interest per year pls refer to your ytm at point of purchase, as per current market price its about 4.8+%.
you can sell the bonds before maturity, reference to market price at point of sale. if held to maturity after 28 years, face value of $100 will be returned to investor per unit of treasury. if sold before interest payment date, you will not get that interest payment
