XTRProf : Ha, this 1.1 Billion has been steadily the same for the ETF since launches about 4 months ago. Also, everytime Ripple need to relock 700 million after every 1 billion XRP releases. So how XRP price can go up even with Clarity Act approved? The hype is institutions will only use XRP ledger for their transactions. But the obvious truth is that will not happen and many important crypto ledgers will be used in the final crypto institution transactions to avoid monopoly. Monopoly is very dangerous for every financial institutions and create no competition for improvements and advanvenents for crypto tokens.
Also, there is the threat of Government Central Banks issuing their own version of Country Crypto Tokens. China already has Digital Yuan and that is the digital crypto token version of tfe FIAT Yuan. I'm very sure many major countries will also have theirs soon. When these Central Banks crpto tokens become interchangeable and borderless transferable like FIAT with improvements and advancements, whatever crypto projects created will be useless. Do people want government central banks crypto tokens or alternative crypto tokens? May the best cryptos wins.

XTRProf : Once the US and the Israelis gather the new locations of Iranian missiles, they will be targetted again until almost complete annilation for sure. The bulk of the missile defence already knocked out with complete air control to the US and Israelis to go into Iran to strikes as they wish. They have not deployed ground troops yet as may be needed  to flush those stubborn impregneable underground missile storages. This will come as the whole Iranian military and control is at the weakest. We can see how weak they are now as even the Houthis, Iran staunch ally, don't dare to support Iran counterstrikes now or else they will be anniliated later too. Don't forget there is an uprising too in Iran that can bring down the remaining very much weakened Iranian Ayatollah regime. May God finally bring some peace resemblance to the Middle East and the world order finally.

XTRProf : Even government central bank token creations are threats. China already has Digital Yuan and most probably more countries will have theirs coming too. Why must institutions use XRP when those central bank tokens reached the stage of in built interchangeability between country tokens just as in FIAT with progress and advancement in that governmental central banks cryto space?

XTRProf : How can more available XRPs be bullish. In fact, too much even for current situation and there are more billions XRPs coming.
