Wilee_One : That didn’t last long. I got to sell 1k for 1.70+, now rebuying back in the low 1.30s.

Wilee_One : LQR has been its own worst enemy for months. Fluff pieces about marketing without revenue news that moves the needle. Straight dividend offered, then pulled for a “dividend” that ended up being a diluted split. Some heads need to be removed from rectums and show some guidance, rebuild trust and please, some address this rudderless clusterf*ck.

Wilee_One : They need to announce their plan to fix the bs split vs dividend. After that, maybe re-announce a standard dividend and stop playing games. A good business plan, no debt and increasing revenues will chase off shorters better than a shell game.

Wilee_One : I believe a string of good news will slowly bring the value a bit higher, but clearly this split/dividend fiasco needs to be discussed and corrected before trust in the brand is restored.

Wilee_One : Please enlighten us with what he was supposed to do? I’m serious, because from what I have seen, he and Index Group changed the 1.00 dividend to the stock dividend to fight the shorters. They have the website up and running, along with the fulfillment center. YOY revenue is up. Cash on hand is still positive, while maintaining zero debt. This stock should be worth 7/share on simple valuation, but something is holding it up. If you have a suggestion, Dollinger does reply to emails and he is on Twitter/X.

Wilee_One : It wasn’t a split. The said they repurchased stock (I saw the SEC filing) and distributed it as a dividend. To my knowledge, there was 3.36mil shares available prior to 2/12 and it hasn’t changed. If you know/see something that conflicts with that, please share.

Wilee_One : Hey Bull, I am positive overall, but not to the level I wanted. After texting you, I looked on several sites and it does show that the shares available went from 3.36mil to ~5mil. This is NOT what was promised. I sent an email to Dillinger thru the LQR site and if I don’t hear back, I will hit him on Twitter/X. They did announce a YOY revenue today (knew they would have some type of good news the day after the dividend/split) of 202k which is much better, but still nowhere near the 80mil projected for 2024. I need answers to address my fears, but I think the underlying data is great for the company (if it is true). If not, I don’t suffer liars.

Wilee_One : I have believed the dividend was going to boost the price this week, but not much has happened to move the needle. I don’t think the small amount of shorted stock has an impact yet. That will happen on a sell off on Monday, after the shares are deposited. What the market has shown so far, is LQR is only going to trade around 2 bucks…which seems nuts when the amount of stock available (3.36mil shares), no options or warrants, 10 mil in inventory, no debt, at least 3 mil in cash, 80 mil in revenue (2024 est) and, a working fulfillment center and website. This stock should be worth a min of 7/share.

Wilee_One SpecklesSOP: The one “analyst” said 303, but that is likely a pipe dream. The other analysts have put down ranges between 7-26/share. This would definitely be nice, regardless. LQR began a buy back in Dec/Jan (I saw the SEC doc), with an original plan to give a 1.00 dividend. When that equity firm jumped on board and bought 20% in Jan, they changed the plan. I like this one better. It should be more financially beneficial and it undercut the floating shorters. I expect the stock to drop by about half Monday-Tuesday, then rebound. Let’s take our dividends and hold them for the bigger payout.
