The relative strength index (RSI) is a momentum oscillator that measures the speed and change of price movements. It oscillates between 0 and 100. RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. RSI indicator operation exercises $Advanced Micro Devices(AMD.US)$ (I used both MACD and BB): You can find RSI, MACD, and BB, which almost all gave the same answer at the same time.
1. When the RSI is above 70, it indicates that the stock is overbought, and there is a high possibility that the price will fall.
The red circle on the chart below is when the RSI indicator is around 70, and the MACD enters a dead cross, and the stock price is at a high BB level. It is very likely that the stock will fall at this point. In fact, the red circle shows that the stock price is falling.
