Toximus OP NickSaSa : they havent said anything yet about when they are going to implement rs, but they have 3 rs levels they can implement when ever necessary to keep them compliant til april 30 at earliest, rs options available are 10:1, 25:1, 50:1 they secured 15M in finance and they just released a new AI that will operate across all their products.

They have options that keep them alive til end of July no matter what. and they have to give 10 business day notice if they decide to reverse split. all they need to do is get it up 0.50 and there’s 2 buyout options available without even doing a reverse split. far from dead
